The Effects of Reading Just 20 Minutes a Day

Read 20 minutes a day.

It’s a common homework assignment that often gets overlooked. With all of the other papers to do, lack of time, and a limited attention span, many parents tend to skip this critical assignment and do not enforce the importance of reading.

Does 20 minutes a day seem so long now? Look at the impact it will make on your child’s education!

Reading doesn’t necessarily need to be schoolwork, although that can certainly be helpful. Try checking out our Remarkable Reading Recommendations for a list of age-appropriate books for students of all ages!

If your child struggles with reading, read aloud to them. Never underestimate the importance of reading aloud to your child.
